About Us
Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts offers the finest in confectionary education and is located in Toronto, Ontario. The college has been teaching the art of cake design, decorating and sugarcraft since 2008. We now offer programmes in pastry arts, baking and cake design.
Our instructors are highly skilled, industry professionals. They all share a passion for excellence in confectionary education and understand the importance of nurturing each student’s creative potential regardless of experience or background. We offer professional certificate & diploma programmes as well as continuing education courses.
