The multiple techniques taught in this fully hands-on diploma programme will enable students to graduate with a competitive edge in the Baking, Pastry and Cake Design industry. Our classes are taught by industry professionals who share a passion for high quality artisanal products and baked goods. Students learn how ingredients work and their functions using natural ingredients and high-quality products.
Our one of a kind accelerated curriculum allows our students to fast track their career without cutting corners. All classes have been designed to contain essential theory and methodology to ensure success. Our approach to cake design is based on encouraging individual creativity.
This programme is designed for students with no previous industry experience, the only requirement is a passion for the edible arts.

Full-time Morning Session
(Monday - Friday for 16 weeks)

(This class goes over the holidays into 2014, and therefore, will have a 2-week winter
