Students will graduate fully trained to begin their career in the baking industry. Learn how ingredients work and their functions using natural ingredients and high-quality products.
Explore the skills and techniques for making filled and layered cakes, cupcakes, cookies, breads, breakfast pastries, mousse cakes, pies, tarts and how to use alternative baking ingredients. This programme is designed for students with no previous industry experience, the only requirement is a passion for baking.
Full-time Monday to Friday
9:30am - 5:00pm
