This unique programme is specifically for students who wish to study baking and pastry arts. Through a series of hands-on classes led by industry professionals, students will explore the skills and techniques for making various cakes, cupcakes, cookies, breads, quick breads, fillings and ganaches.

We strive to prepare students to work in the industry; we do this by integrating theory and hands-on experience. Students will gain an understanding of how ingredients work and their functions, using natural ingredients and high-quality products. Students will also be introduced to various mixing methods, how to build and assemble cakes, storage and transportation and basic kitchen etiquette and sanitation.

Students will graduate fully trained to begin their career in baking. This program is open to students of all levels and homebakers who do not wish to work in bakery are also welcome to apply.
