The Art of Sugar Blossoms

Learn how to create life-size sugar blossoms!

Students will learn

  • How to make and colour gum paste
  • How to create stamens, petals, leaves, flower centers
  • How to dust completed flowers
  • How to assemble flowers and leaves

Students will create peony and gerbera daisies with associated leaves.

Students must wear:

  • Flat closed hard toe shoes
  • Apron

Note: For all baking classes students must tie hair back.

Skill Level: Beginner

Duration: 2 days
