The Confectionary Arts Diploma programme is a 16 week intensive programme designed to give graduates a competitive edge in the baking and pastry arts field. Taught by leading industry professionals, students will receive a hands-on educational experience unlike any of its kind. Using only the finest, natural ingredients, Confectionary Arts Diploma Programme students produce high quality artisanal products that are both esthetically and palatably pleasing.
